Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Together with your team you will develop sustainable and future oriented clinical layouts in green- and brownfield environments for our customers worldwide. You inspire our team with new ideas and solid experiences
You will be part of the acquisition phase together with our regional colleagues developing and presenting the solutions in front of our customers
You are responsible for developing concepts and projects for the healthcare market together in a team of architects, medical technology planners and workflow specialists
You stay informed about internal/external developments, trends, and other dynamics, for example in AI and sustainability
You proactively identify opportunities and innovative approaches for the Facility design team to inform, define, refine, and enhance our strategy and global strategic planning

Your qualifications and experience:
You have a master's degree in architecture or interior design
You have many years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry as a key expert in facility architecture and patient and staff workflow
You have in-depth experience with digital planning tools (CAD, BIM, AR/VR)
You have the ability to analyze the requirements of our international customers in depth and translate them into appropriate planning concepts
Your attributes and skills:
You are fluent in both German and English to collaborate and exchange information easily both within the team and in contact with the various stakeholders
You are willing to travel globally to partner sites as required
You have a strong affinity for technical implementation and a strong customer focus with excellent communication, networking and presentation skills to thrive in our agile working environment
Your profile is rounded off by a strong motivation to continuously improve processes and an open-minded approach to change
