For our client, a leading company in the Pharma industry in Basel, we are currently looking for an Associate in Scientific Documentation
Background:
As an Associate in Information and Knowledge Management you are working in a team of information and documentation specialists supporting research and early development scientists.
Ensure service operations for a business critical business application for scientific documentation.
You will be essential in supporting an operational service to ensure that scientific reports are made accessible to our scientists. As a member of our service team for scientific reports and laboratory notebooks, you will work with a high focus on quality.
The perfect candidate:
For this role we are looking for someone with a degree as documentation/information specialist or a degree in life sciences (BSc or MSc) and a very clear and structured way of working.
General Information:
- Start Date 15.09.2025
- End Date 31.12.2025
- Workload 100%
- Workplace Basel ( 2 days Home Office)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Collect and review document metadata in our Database
- Backup service team members in document clearance to repository and metadata curation
- Document all processes for knowledge transfer
Your Profile
- A degree as documentation/information specialist or a degree in life sciences (BSc or MSc)
- A very clear and structured way of working
- Equal level of enthusiasm for working digitally and physically
- Excellent English and good German language skills (additional languages, e.g. French are an asset)
- And… you are looking forward to going through a steep learning curve, mainly getting trained on the job
