To strengthen our team at our location in Heilbronn, we are looking for a
Construction and project manager (m/f/d).
Your mission
- You carry out project-related commercial work independently and on your own responsibility
- You support the construction and project managementYou are responsible for construction site coordination and order processing with subcontractors
- You draw up framework agreements and construction site contracts as well as calculation and invoicing documents
- You are the contact person for commercial processing with clients, authorities, customers, suppliers and subcontractors
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeshipYou have already gained initial experience in the above-mentioned tasks
- You are confident in using the MS Office package
- You work independently, autonomously and in a structured manner
- You are reliable and a team player
