Construction Manager ELT or HVAC (m/f/d):

To support upcoming projects in the South German region (Bavaria) as well as in the Rhine-Main area (Hesse), we are currently looking for a construction manager (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering or HVAC (part-time/full-time).
Your tasks:

• Specialist construction management or site supervision (HOAI service phase 8) directly On-site at construction sites of general contractors or engineering offices
• Review of dimensions cost, quality and time of subcontractors / craftsmen
• Participation in construction meetings / regular meetings on-site
• Change order management / measurement and performance control
• Regular construction site inspections and defect documentation
• Independent and solution-oriented supervision of construction sites on-site

Your profile

• Engineer / state-certified technician / master craftsman (ELT / HVAC)
• Ideally you have at least 3 years of professional experience
• Confident handling of VOB / HOAI, etc.
• Know-how regarding regulations / ordinances / standards / TAB
• Confident handling of building technology fire protection / DIBt requirements
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel (to construction sites on-site)
