Our Cybersecurity team
provides core assurance over the cybersecurity health of the company which
includes IT and OT infrastructures, product security, software development and
cloud environments. We are on the lookout for people with a great skillset, an
international mindset and new ideas who understand Siemens businesses and how

What part will you play?
- You will identify, assess, measure andmonitor Cybersecurity risks by performing hands-on risk assessments ofprocesses and established controls. Using your analytical skills, youwill identify security gaps and evaluate these further to identify theirroot causes.
- As valuable member of the assurance teamyou prepare and execute Cybersecurity audits on Siemens IT systems,products, services, factories, and software development centers. Duringthis process you highlight important observations, translate technicalfindings into management information so that they can take effectiveactions.
- In your new role you drive Cybersecurityin Siemens’ most innovative products. From the product security features,to the software development lifecycle and state-of-the-art cloudenvironments.
- Moreover, you would assess the Cybersecuritygovernance of Siemens, including policies and processes such as incidenthandling and response, threat detection, vulnerability management,etc.
- You work closely with Cybersecurityexperts from multiple industries to improve their solutions by tacklingthe root cause of the issues and finding innovative solutions to modernchallenges.
What you need to make real what matters.
- Strong academic history (Bachelor degree)in IT, Computer Science or other related fields; certifications such asCISSP, CISA, CISM are a plus.
- 5+ years working experience in the fieldof Cybersecurity within Siemens or a related industry, or a ‘Big 4’accounting firm or a consultancy in the fields of IT / Cybersecurity andaudit.
- Demonstrated affinity to learn about thelatest trends in Cybersecurity and keeping up to date in a continuouslychallenging environment.
- Good communication, presentation and solidproject management skills.
- Ideally you have solid experience in somethe following domains: user & access management, application security,cloud environments, network security, vulnerability management &incident handling, system hardening, asset management, industrial securitycontrols, secure software development.
- Experience withleveraging and integrating AI into day-to-day work is considered anadvantage.
- Fluent in English, German or otherlanguages are a plus.
- You demonstratean international mindset and are open to international travel and workingin a diverse team.
