Head of Change & Project Management (all genders)

full-time position in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Foster collaboration by organizing onboarding, training and surveys, while maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders to improve program efficiency and expand contributions
• Drive convergence by leading the Summit Business Analyst & Architect community and supporting transformation projects
• Facilitate alignment with business units, support migration plans, and track progress through documentation
• Prepare the organization by facilitating communication and collaboration to support the transition to the new platform and way of working
• Track progress through KPIs, manage project tools, and support budget definition and tracking

Your profile

• You hold a Master’s degree in a related discipline
• You bring extensive work experience with a strong track record of success in relevant fields
• With your strong communication skills, you can present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• You build strong interpersonal relationships across teams and functions
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German or any other European languages is a plus
