Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot **Windows/Linux systems**, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Perform **software packaging, installation, and configuration** for applications.
• Handle **network setup, security configurations, and incident troubleshooting**.
• Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to **ensure system readiness** for CI/CD pipelines and multi-product environments.
• Conduct **root cause analysis (RCA)** and implement preventive measures for infra/security issues.
• Support **security compliance initiatives**, ensuring IT systems meet organizational and industry standards.
• Automate routine operations wherever possible (installation, monitoring, patching).
• Provide **timely escalations, proactive monitoring, and knowledge-sharing** within the team.
• Responsible for the installation, configuration, and testing of CT scanners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows & Linux OS administration.
• Hands-on experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs).
• Proven expertise in software packaging, deployment, and patch management.
• Solid troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, applications, and security layers.
• Familiarity with security operations (SecOps) principles and best practices.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible
• Basic understanding of cloud concepts (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for hybrid environments.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps pipelines and monitoring tools.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and handle high-pressure incidents.
• Strong communication and collaboration skill

Nice to Have

• Security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP).
• Experience with **containerization** (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of **advanced monitoring/observability** (Grafana).
