Your Contribution to CYBEX

• You post electronic bank statements daily and allocate payments to open items
• You manage national and international claims with confidence and accuracy
• You perform credit assessments for customers and monitor incoming payments
• You keep track of outstanding bills and take charge of the dunning process
• You define and implement actions to collect overdue payments
• You manage credit limits and monitor credit limit insurance
• You collaborate closely with the CRM team on all related topics
• You actively contribute to continuous process improvements in the Accounts Receivable (A/R) area

Your Profile

• You have experience in accounting, ideally in accounts receivable management
• You’re familiar with preparing financial reports
• You’re proficient in accounting software (preferably SAP) and MS Office, especially Excel
• You communicate fluently in both German and English
• You work in a solution-oriented, structured, and precise manner
• You enjoy working in a team and thrive in a collaborative environment
• You’re an experienced team player who motivates and guides others with empathy
• You bring excellent communication skills and a hands-on mentality to everything you do

This position is in part time (20 hours per week).
