Product Manager (all genders) Toll Tribe

full-time position in our Division Digital Factory in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.
Your tasks:

• Drive the execution of Edenred Mobility’s product strategy, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives
• Shape and evolve the product vision for the European Fleet Management platform
• Define and manage the product roadmap, balancing impact, cost, and feasibility
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions
• Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and continuous improvement
• Use customer insights, market research, and data analysis to identify opportunities and optimize performance

Your profile

• Bring 3-5 years of experience in product management within a tech-driven or innovative environment, along with a relevant university degree
• Apply strong knowledge of agile frameworks, product strategy, and user research methods; experience in the mobility or tolling industry is a plus
• Demonstrate strong expertise in product discovery, design, and lifecycle management
• Communicate clearly across stakeholders and work in a structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented way
• Take a hands-on approach and use data and metrics to drive decisions and measure impact
• Fluent in English; German or additional European languages are a plus
