JOB PURPOSE
Als Projektingenieur*in übernimmst du die eigenständige Planung und Umsetzung von Investitions- und Instandhaltungsprojekten in den Bereichen Abpackung, Transport- und Palettiertechnik, Energie, Prozesse sowie Infrastruktur - stets basierend auf relevanten betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen und Einflussgrößen.
WAS WERDEN DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN SEIN
- Einhaltung der Vorgaben des EEM-Prozesses (Early Equipment Management) für Anlaufüberwachung von Maschinen- und Anlagen.
- Umsetzung der technischen Standards u.a. für Sicherheit, Qualität und Umwelt.
- Einhaltung der durch den Einkauf von Unilever vorgegebenen Richtlinien und Anforderungen.
- Projektmanagement, welches folgendes beinhaltet: Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Investitions- und Instandhaltungsprojekten inklusive Termin- und Budgetverantwortung
- Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten sowie Erstellung der notwendigen Projektunterlagen (z. B. Lastenhefte, Investitionsanträge)
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer, sicherheitsrelevanter und betriebswirtschaftlicher Vorgaben, inklusive Durchführung von Unterweisungen und Gefährdungsbeurteilungen
- Organisation und Begleitung von Maschinenabnahmen, Funktions- und Sicherheitstests sowie Schulung der Betreiber
ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Ingenieurwissenschaften, Diplom, Bachelor oder Master
- Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter technischer Regeln und Normen
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit mit starker Kommunikation und Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT‑Systemen und digitalen Tools
- Große Lernbereitschaft und Lust, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 5-10 % pro Jahr
