Aufgaben

• Drive transformation workstreams in areas such as last mile operations, automation in hubs and depots, and operational procurement
• Structure complex topics and translate them into actionable programs, roadmaps, and decision frameworks
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional transformation squads and operational stakeholders
• Develop and maintain executive-ready materials, including presentations, strategic updates, and steering committee documentation
• Support business case development and financial modelling for key transformation initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams with stakeholders from operations, engineering, procurement, and regional teams
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Director Field Operations & Infrastructure in shaping priorities, synthesizing insights and preparing & supporting implementation of, key decisions

Stärken

• >3-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, operations transformation, or similar roles
• Experience working on complex transformation programs or operational improvement initiatives
• Strong problem-solving and structuring capabilities with the ability to quickly synthesize complex topics
• Advanced PowerPoint and executive communication skills
• Some experience with business case modelling and financial analysis
• Ability to facilitate workshops and engage senior operational stakeholders
• A proactive, hands-on mindset and the ability to operate in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
• Understands complexity of balancing Service, Cost and ESG related elements in a changing, competitive operations environment
• Comfortable working with both senior leadership and operational teams. Combination of a person who understand strategy, speaks operations language, can structure complex projects and pushes execution
• Experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or industrial operations is a strong plus, but not mandatory
