How You’ll Make an Impact

• Overall responsibility for monthly closing process and key KPIs
• Monitor and analyze key KPIs for Forecast and Budget reporting on all levels within our Business Area
• Monitor development of actuals against budget/forecast as well as risks and opportunities
• Coordinate annual Budget process
• Prepare regular reports for management with presentations to management for review and approval
• Act as a business partner e.g., by guiding through monthly closing
• Prepare reports and analysis content via dashboards by visualization & guided analysis
• Drive simplification and harmonization, e.g. by leading global projects

What You Bring

• University degree in the field of Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or comparable
• 8+ years of experience in Finance or Controlling, specifically around closing and forecasting activities as well as financial and analytical processes
• Ability to lead and motivate in complex and uncertain situations
• Knowledge around tools and data (dashboards by visualization & guided analysis)
• Ability to effectively manage tasks and projects
• Business fluency in English
