We are looking for ServiceNow Discovery Product Owner to join one of our infrastructure teams that is responsible for implementing and supporting ServiceNow solution in Commerzbank, including CMDB, Discovery, IT Operations Management, IT Service Management, IT Asset Management and SecOps.
Deine Aufgaben
- Developing a product and/or process vision.
- Assembling the team based on required skills/expertise.
- User stories related to a feature.
- Recognition of problems and patterns in various situations; consideration of problems in a larger context and identification of solutions; selection of appropriate solutions from a solution portfolio.
- Managing the relationship with customers/stakeholders who in some cases remain to be identified.
- Sharing specialized knowledge between cells and/or chapters.
- Product backlog and sprint backlog prioritization by business value and/or customer benefit.
- Defining acceptance criteria for user stories prior to sprint planning and obtaining commitment of the team for the sprint backlog.
- Adjusting the product and sprint backlog in the refinement process.
- Taking part in agile meetings such as sprint planning, review, refinement and PI planning.
- Participating in audits, mitigating audit findings and risks, and implementing solutions.
Dein Profil
- A successful university degree or similar experience with a focus on IT.
- At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow and its modules, mainly Discovery, ITOM and CMDB.
- Excellent understanding of ServiceNow platform, its architecture, modules, processes and roles.
- Familiarity with Configuration Management processes, CI relationships, and data governance.
- Very good ability to cooperate, high resilience, flexibility and a strong willingness to change, especially with regard to agile working methods.
- A high level of initiative and very good communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, solution and service-oriented thinking and action.
- General understanding of IT infrastructure technologies (servers, networks, databases, applications, etc.).
- Very good level of written and spoken English, any German skills would be seen as an advantage.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
