Shift Supervisor Stamping Technology (m/f/d)

At our site in Weidhausen, we are looking to hire a Shift Supervisor Stamping Technology (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Setting up machines according to the production plan
• Commissioning of the systems and all related peripheral equipment
• Identifying and rectifying malfunctions
• Approving production releases
• Ensuring compliance with quality specifications
• Creating repair notifications

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, packaging technologist or a comparable qualification in an industrial/technical field
• Professional experience in production and in leading teams
• Ideally, experience in the plastics or corrugated board industry
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Team-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
• High level of personal responsibility

What you will contribute:

• As a shift supervisor in production, you are responsible for our modern stamping systems for hollow-chamber production
• You are in charge of setting up, monitoring and controlling the machines
• Your tasks also include:
• Identifying and rectifying malfunctions
• Granting production releases
• Ensuring adherence to quality specifications
• Creating repair notifications
• Contributing to continuous improvement processes

• Taking on responsibility in a growing company
