Tasks
As a Software Engineering Intern (Unpaid Internship) at Maxmove, you’ll:
- Develop and ship features: Build and improve core frontend & backend services, APIs, and integrations for our logistics platform.
- Work with real data: Design and optimize database queries (PostgreSQL)
- Collaborate across the stack: Connect frontend (Expo RN / Next.js) with backend services to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Ensure quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit and integration tests.
- Support infrastructure: Help with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and debugging in staging environments.
- Learn & grow fast: Work with Founding Team & Participate in code reviews, and shape technical decisions.
Requirements
We don’t care where (or if) you studied - what matters is your ability to ship good code and learn fast.
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have solid programming skills in one modern language (Go, TypeScript/JavaScript).
- Are comfortable working with APIs, databases, and Git.
- Can write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Are curious and willing to learn our stack (Go, Elysia.js (Bun), Expo RN, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Stripe Connect).
- Enjoy solving problems and turning ideas into working features.
- Bonus: you’ve built personal projects, contributed to open source, or shipped something end-to-end.
