Your Contribution to CYBEX

• Provide comprehensive support for documentation: from cutting patterns to production release, across all soft goods related projects
• Interface and coordinate with Softgoods Engineering and Fashion Design Team to ensure seamless project execution
• Collaborate and coordinate with Project Management teams in Bayreuth and China to align project objectives and milestones
• Interface and coordinate with the Procurement Team in Bayreuth to manage softgoods-related material procurement
• Prepare, participate in, document, and follow up on meetings and projects to ensure timely progress and completion
• Manage the checking and ordering of all softgoods-related labdips, fabrics, and accessories until production commencement
• Provide support in creating workflow records for processes and projects to streamline operations and enhance efficiency

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in textile management or garment engineering, or similar
• Prior experience in Project Management, preferably in an international environment, demonstrating effective project coordination skills
• Experience in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes
• SharePoint skills are advantageous, facilitating collaborative project management and document sharing
• Proficient command of spoken and written English to effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with a high level of motivation, possessing a hands-on mentality, and demonstrating an independent working style
