Scheduler (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Independent creation and tracking of project schedules in PRIMAVERA P6 / MS Project Pro (projects (20M+)
• Creating and maintaining dependencies between different project schedules
• Budget planning in the schedule in coordination with the project managers
• Controlling the progress of the project (target/actual comparison) in coordination with the project managers
• KPI reporting
• Rolling Wave Planning
• Support in the creation and implementation of recovery plans
• Contribution to supplementary / claim & risk management
• Monthly internal meetings / agreements (processing query, prioritisation)
• Communication in an international setting

Your profile

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electrical
• Civil engineering or comparable training / certification
• Several years of professional experience in scheduling / knowledge of planning methodology
• Very good knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project
• Goal-oriented, organisational talent, strong communication skills and team spirit
