Then come and join our team as Senior Commercial Manager (w/m/d) to support our Regions in the implementation of ES-relevant finance processes for Value Partnership projects and contribute to the success of Siemens Healthineers.

Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 28h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You proactively drive the support of regions, zones, and countries in the implementation and execution of ES-specific finance processes and tools in the delivery and operations phase of long-term ES project contracts
You are an expert in project accounting and project controlling topics, conduct training sessions, and independently promote the knowledge-sharing process within the global ES FI community
You participate in project reviews with ES countries and are responsible for challenging FI-related topics such as project results, revenue recognition, cash flow, claim and change request management
You support other commercial or controlling-related processes - such as monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, as well as other ad hoc queries and special tasks
You support business plan controlling as well as other commercial topics for the ES Consulting department
You support the ES Operations Team regarding commercial topics and questions
You proactively identify potential for digitization and improvement measures in the ES FI area, develop digitization initiatives, and implement them using digital technologies and tools (e.g. KNIME, PowerBI). You support zones and countries within our global ERP implementation project

Your qualifications and experience:
You have successfully completed a degree in economics or business administration, ideally with a focus on finance/controlling
You have extensive experience in commercial project management, accounting or controlling at headquarters or in regions/zones/countries
You have solid knowledge and experience in applying accounting standards (German GAAP, IFRS), especially regarding revenue recognition and leasing standards
You have profound experience in digitalization, particularly in creating dashboards and/or automated data analysis (e.g. Power BI, KNIME)
You have already gained experience in risk and opportunity management, as well as claim and change request management, including the relevant tools
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and SAP skills, especially S4/HANA, complete your profile
Your attributes and skills:
You have fluent English language skills; knowledge of German and other languages are a plus
You have intercultural experience / the ability to work with other cultures, and you are characterized by communication skills, a high quality awareness, strong analytical skills, and results orientation
You have strong teamwork skills and are known for your highly independent way of working
You have an affinity for and are always focused on improving existing processes by actively using new digitalization tools (e.g. KNIME, Power BI)
