Then come and join our team as Senior Project Manager* (f/m/d) Direct Export Sales EMEA to actively promote and execute our Project Management Service in Direct Export Sales projects based on the Business Services strategy.
Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the coordination and support of the Project Management cooperation between our Business Partners and Siemens Healthineers Headquarters, Zone and Country organizations in the area of direct export sales within our EMEA Region (Europe, Middle-East, Africa)
You will autonomously develop the "Project Management Excellence" program for in-direct countries
You will build a suitable approach for global customer projects for both Project Management by local Siemens Healthineers and business partners
Furthermore, you will be responsible to develop competitive Project Management quotations for direct export business incl. the definition of work scope, obtaining offers from services entities and reviewing cost calculations
You will support in preparing project schedules / associated tasks
You will collaborate closely with our “Customer Services (CS) Project Implementation team” to design the framework of Project Management regarding distributors in in-direct countries
You will support Business Partners with your expertise in room planning and system configuration of our in-vivo systems
You will cultivate a network to internal partner departments as Customer Services (CS), Enterprise Services, CS business managers, zone CS managers as well as our business lines

Your qualifications and experience:
You have successfully achieved an engineering, business administration or similar university degree
You are a certified Project Manager* and have many years of professional experience in Project Management within the healthcare industry
Additionally, you also have gained several years of professional experience in international project execution of complex multimodality projects in difficult geographies, ideally in customer projects
Do you already have many years of very sound professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no degree? Then we are also looking forward to your application
You have gained a strong understanding of in-vivo medical devices
You show a very good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially MS Project as well as AutoCAD to create room planning
Your attributes and skills:
You have strong communication skills with the ability to deal with customers, business partners and staff at all levels. Thanks to your business fluent English skills you can communicate easily with your international stakeholders; German on conversational level would be helpful
You convince with your entrepreneurial spirit as well as result-oriented mindset
You define your own role actively and involve relevant stakeholder as needed
You have outstanding organizational skills, allowing you to define your priorities independently in line with overall goal settings

From time-to-time business travel is required (about 10-20%) to cooperate with our on-site project management teams
