Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
In your new position you will be responsible for our global program to validate Internal Control results including its continuous improvement. Within the program you will closely collaborate with our regional and local colleagues
You will ensure timely completion of quality reviews in our Siemens Healthineers entities as well as on a regional level and you will coordinate the accompanying reporting. Additionally, you will conduct central quality reviews and data analysis
You will be involved in reporting and preparing presentations to our Managing Board on the global Internal Control status
You will be an active member of our global digitalization initiative and you will foster control automation as well as measures to increase the efficiency of our internal processes via digitalization, automation and use of artificial intelligence; you will strengthen our interface with IT
You will foster knowledge transfer and exchange within our Internal Control community by trainings and workshops which you will develop and conduct
You are ready to support Internal Control projects

Your qualifications and experience:
You have a university degree in the field of economics, business informatics or a related discipline
You have many years of professional experience in the field of Internal Control. Experience in accounting and/or finance-related audit including IT audit is an advantage
You have in-depth knowledge of business processes, preferably at Siemens Healthineers, and in the field of digitalization. Additional experience in data science, control automation and testing automation as well as project management is a plus
You already have very sound, long-term professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but no degree? Then we are also looking forward to your application
You have in-depth knowledge of MS Office applications for analyses and reports (Excel, Power BI) as well as experience with PowerApps; ideally you are also experienced in the usage of tools for data analytics and automation. In addition, you are experienced with preparing management presentations
You are used to working in an international and agile corporate environment
Your attributes and skills:
You have strong presentation and communication skills as well as excellent English skills which enable you to communicate easily and confidently with different business units, cultures and management levels in an international environment. Further language skills, in particular German, are an advantage
You contribute to taking our company forward through your progressive thinking and striving for continuous process improvement and digitalization
You enjoy working in international teams but equally like to be self-motivated and to work independently towards our common goals. Your high level of commitment and initiative will help you achieving these goals
You maintain a friendly tone with your colleagues and customers, are always helpful and show team spirit in solving challenges together; at the same time, you ensure that key deadlines are met
You are willing to travel internationally for up to 10% of your working time
